Quality Inn & Suites - Silverton

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a good area, just next door to the highways, shops, Florence. The room was air-conditioned with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable.

It was close to our destination. Our purpose for visiting was to see a red's baseball game. Short drive downtown. Easy to find. Cheap.

Knew it was going to be a bad stay when the employee was rude and hung up on me when I called and asked for a late check in the day of our arrival since we had a long drive ahead of us. Room was dirty. Hotel smelled dirty, as did our room, like pee and smoke. My sister asked for an extra pillow and the front desk responded with just "no." Since we were only there to sleep, it wasn't awful. But we ended up extending our vacation and picked a new hotel for the last night. It said free breakfast, but I'm pretty sure the orange juice and cereal dispensers were broken. They had "oops" signs. They also did not give out the wifi password.

100% recommend for a brief hiatus

Clean room, convenient location, with a beautifully maintained lobby area that makes for a pleasant stay and a great breakfast to start the day while being easily accessible from Highway 275.

The hallways could use better lighting.

The breakfasts at 9:10am.

Front desk staff overnight and early morning shift; Reservation not correct, nor were rooms available at check in; room not cleaned one night. Hallways were dim, not brightly lit. Overcharged only to make refund later! Is policy to pay in full in advance. That will always create many returns and refunds. Moved my granddaughters as soon as another hotel was available in Cincinnati. Never this facility again!

Carpet was very dirty, needs to be shampooed. Room was stale & musty smelling.

Jacuzzi tub was dirty room was dirty outside of hotel looked like a huge party they forgot to clean up!!! Bar next door was loud hallway was loud not the place to bring children

facilities poorly maintained bathtub had ring from previous occupant -found 1" bug in room and when presented to -desk clerk he couldn't have cared less at least one staff did not speak english

both of the managers were nice

The sheets were stained. The room smelled like mold it had a very bad odor. The carpet felt so sticky & nasty. The cereal was so stale & hard. I will not stay there again.
